Aakriti Agrawal Kim, CDMP, ADGP, MBA, pronounced like "Socrates without the S's", focuses on empowering others to create organizational and community change through numerous initiatives in her life. As a data and financial services nerd, during the week, she helps internal departments manage data effectively through her role as Senior Manager of Data Governance at a global Fortune 100 company. Through her work in Data Governance, she has developed the ANCHOR Framework for Change Leadership, and recently published her first book, "Data Governance Change Management". Learn more about the book at AnchorYourChange.comAs a self-taught computer programmer, she co-founded Girls Code Lincoln, a grassroots nonprofit based out of Lincoln, Nebraska, that aims to bridge the gender gap in technology by teaching a diverse group of middle school girls how to computer program through fun and creative custom curriculum. She now serves on the boards of numerous nonprofits to help them grow into sustainable organizations, as well as is starting a new nonprofit called The Nonprofiting Org which helps other founders and executive directors grow their own impact on the world.She serves on the DAMA-Phoenix and the DAMA-International Boards, as well as helps with numerous Data related communities such as as leading the Data Governance Collective, serving on the committee for the Data Quality Community of Practice and leading the Fear in DQ Study Group.Aakriti is constantly looking for interesting and innovative ways to use her skills and knowledge to better communities. She has been nominated to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List in 2022, as well as received The 2021 Lincoln Emerging Young Leader Award and the Inspire Founders Award 2021 for her philanthropy.
